FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE
Facilities at the School of Broadcasting & Communication are open 24 hours a day, offering flexibility for students to pace their own learning. The School offers the following facilities:
Auditorium
SBC has its own auditorium with a seating capacity of over 400 students. It is well-equipped with a chroma studio and state-of-the-art 4K production facilities. The Recreation Center offers amenities such as TT, Carom Board, and other facilities.
Library and Documentation
SBC has a well-equipped library with books, audio and video collections covering a wide range of subjects. All major national and local newspapers in Hindi and English are subscribed to, along with important national and international professional journals.
Film and video shows, discussions, and book review sessions are regularly arranged by the library. The library invites experts to speak on current topics and share their professional experiences.
Audio-Video Production Lab
SBC has its own well-equipped sound recording lab, video editing lab, and studio for television and radio software production. SBC also has strategic alliances with major studios and production houses.
Computer Lab
SBC has a state-of-the-art computer laboratory with Email, Internet, LAN, and multimedia facilities. Trained professionals provide guidance and tutorial support in this laboratory.
Editing Lab
We have a state-of-the-art audio-video editing console, a professional audio recording facility with the latest software, such as Sound Forge and Nuendo, and a shooting floor for students to gain hands-on experience. Our non-linear editing studio is equipped with the latest electronic equipment and editing software such as Avid and Premiere. The LCD Projector helps students watch the latest movies and educational CDs related to their professional subjects. The computer lab has a Wi-Fi connection with all the latest software installed.

Shambhala signifies the peace that arises from true satisfaction. As a production house, we focus on delivering work that brings satisfaction by offering the best services to our associates. We specialize in digital ad films, short films, content writing, documentaries, interviews, and much more. We believe that everything in this universe is a form of energy; energy, when channeled in the right direction, is undoubtedly going to become a masterpiece.
With the increasing competition, people tend to compromise on quality and are unable to showcase the uniqueness of their work.
Creativity is commercialized; the aesthetics of the work are replaced with catering strategies. The packaging has become too expensive for people to afford easily, making the market risky and unpredictable.
Shambhala has emerged with easy solutions to all these problems and brings a fresh vision to every project undertaken by Shambhala.
The sister concern of Shambhala, the School of Broadcasting and Communication, is a well-established institute of media studies, where we employ a group of immensely talented professors and bring an innovative touch to our educational designs.
SBC not only contributes to our workforce, assisting us with in-house directors, writers, and editors, but our highly innovative students also keep our pool of ideas fresh and new.
